This kit includes: Dairy thermometer, Butter Muslin, Citric Acid, Vegetable rennet tablets, Flaked Salt, and a 12 page recipe booklet.
You will also need a microwave oven, stock pot, stove top, slotted spoon and microwaveable bowl (a pair of kitchen gloves would also be nice!).
