One other thing the S.G. is exactly the same, as it was when racked. I think I may have reached the max level of the yeast. With using fresh (Ripe) fruit and the slightly high starting S.G. that doesen't supprize me completely.

I pulled a sample last evening. It looked very clear. There was a [b]very[/b] slight pinkish/blue color. In a glass it looks almost as colorless as water...
