Now that the beer has set for a while it has turned out great. Was told by a brewer in florida that it was one of the best homebrews he has tasted

banana oatmeal stout

I have bananas growing in my back yard and I would like to add them to a stout has anyone tried this and at what point and amount would you add them.

i used a liquid yeast that i bought while i was in your store iu dont recall which strain itwas. Could the flavor be affected by the water i live in florida and the water is nasty should i use bottled

Dunkelweissen had little flavor

I made a batch of dunkle from your kit I held it in the primary fermenter for 10 days then secondary for 2 weeks. bottled the beer let carbonate My question is will the flavor improve over time or is the flavor what it is now. The flavor is good it is just not enough
