Summer is here and I would like to brew a few kegs to have on hand. Do they have to be stored chilled or can I carbonate them as usual and then remove from the fridge and store at room temperature (74 deg). If so how long can I store them like this?
I usually keg half of my batch and bottle the rest using Coopers drops. I am out of them and have a bunch of packets of priming sugar. How much sugar should I add to a 12 ounce bottle and a 22 oz bottle?
