sediment

I use purple concord grapes to make 3-gal batches of wine.
After initial ferment(about 3 weeks) I syphon into a clean
carboy for about 2 months, then repeat.
After bottling, I still have sediment in bottles.
Is there anything I can do or use to reduce this sediment?
