I went to Norther Brewery in St. Paul and they had books on cloning!! I found an AWESOME clone, made it that very weekend and will bottle and TASTE it probably this weekened!

Anyone know how to find and clone a beer?

My favorite beer is Xingu made in South America. It is imported and sold in the USA and is very delicious. It's like an Irish Red with a black-beer aftertaste I enjoy.

I googled Xingu, but cannot find a pre-made kit. Any suggestions?

Question: If I added the priming solution when it was too hot, could that have caused the lack of carbonation? Is it necessary to let it cool to room temp? You have to cool your wort to under 100 degrees. Then add the 5 gallons of cold potable water. You should NOT be adding any sugar at this point....
