I just racked to secondary but was'nt sure when to add the cherry puree. So I added it to the carboy first then racked the beer on top. Now it looks like it's just sitting on the bottom, should I swirl it around or just leave it alone. Also I added some polyclar at the end.

Can you tell me the exact ingredients in this kit, also I was checking your instructions in the archive and are they all the same? My question was with the part about adding 2 to 3 gallons of water for the boil, which is it 2 or 3?

Sam Adams Cherry Wheat

I"m looking for a Cherry Wheat recipe, my wife likes it. Extract with specialty grains 2.5 to 3 gallon boil, ale would be better (easier).
