I modified this from a strawberry wine recipe I saw here on the board. Does anything look off? Maybe need modified?
17.5 lbs of fresh peaches
10 lbs table sugar
5 gal water
5 tsp yeast nutrient
1 1/4 tsp grape tannin
2 1/2 tsp acid blend
5 campden tablet (crushed)
2 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
