Just wondering which of these two Wyeast products would help shift the G&G Belgian Wit beer kit towards Blue Moon, as opposed to Hoegaarden:
belgian-wheat-3942xl ?
or
belgian-wit-yeast-3944xl ?

I would use the 3944 Belgian wit strain. The Belgian wheat would be too phenolic in my opinion.
