Brewing Grains

What is the difference between Brewers Malt-Briess and Pale Ale Malt-Briess? What would be the difference using each in a simple pale ale?

The pale ale malt is a bit more geared to ales and simple infusion brewing. You should notice a bit more 'toasted' character and a bit more malt character with the ale malt. Chances of chill haze without a protein rest would be less with the ale malt.
