Shunkleesh

Does anyone know anything about making shunkleesh? It is a Syrian cheese that my wife's grandmother made from dry curd cottage cheese. Any insight with this cheese would be appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

I never made it, but found some info online, I think. Is it the same cheese?:

There's a partial explanation on how to make it, so hopefully it might be of help. Sorry if it's not enough to figure it out.
