I'm a beginner at home brewing, and have always bottled my batches. I did brew a batch recently of American Light for my father-in-law and kegged it for him. He used natural method to carbonate, and then sampled after seven days in the keg. Taste was good, but way too much foam. He tried adjusting CO2 down (3-4 psi) with no luck and then even went up (10-12 psi) with the same results.
Any advice on why so much foam? Anything to try to resolve?
