brewmometer installation?

A while back I purchased a Blichmann Brewmometer from the Grape and Granery. I am in the process of converting a keg to kettle. At what height should i install it? Thanks

I am not sure that there is a hard and fast rule. Just make sure the the probe part will be submersed in the mash or wort. This depends on how many gallons of mash/wort you typically brew. I think mine is about 8-10 inches or so from the bottom of the kettle.
