Hello, I'm new to wine making and have had lots of me questions answered here by reading your forum. My first attempt/batch of wine is a raspberry from the Oregon fruit purees. I did not put the puree in a filter bag and there is quite a bit of lees? At the bottom of my 1 gallon bottle. I added an entire packet of yeast to the primary fermentor and did not read the package was good for a 5 gallon batch of wine. I transferred to the secondary after 1 week because the sp was less the 1.010. Am I OK?
Also I have seen some wine kits called "Wonder Wine" auction site. Have heard of these? I ordered a couple and have started 2. Each kit makes 1 gallon. The fruit/must is freeze dried. I diffinitely have fermentation going on.
