Grape and Granary Advanced Rye IPA kit. A big, malty and hoppy IPA with 15% rye malt for a unique beer experience. This recipe utilizes pale ale, crystal, wheat, rye and Munich malt. Starting gravity is about 1.080.
Four hop additions are used to produce almost 70 IBU's of hop bitterness. Columbus and Mt. Hood are used alternatingly for bittering, flavor, aroma and dry hopping. Color is about 12 SRM. Contains over 16 lbs of grain so be sure your mash tun can accomodate that volume.
