All grain version of our Summer Ale Recipe. Similar to Samuel Adams summer ale. The recipe is similar to a wheat beer but includes lemon peel (for a bit of balancing tartness) and grains of paradise (for a bit of spiciness).
This is a refreshing summer thist quencher. Makes 5 US gallons. Recommended yeast strain is #1056XL or 1007XL. OG is 1.052, IBU's are 11 and estimated color is about 4 srm.
