Our Belgian Witbier is a spicy, crisp beer with moderate bitterness from Hallertau hops. The use of wheat keeps the beer on the drier side. Coriander and Belgian orange peel add the characteristic wit beer character. A wonderful warm weather treat.

The kit contains 6.6 lbs wheat malt sryup, steeping grains, steeping socks, coriander, orange peel, Hallertau hops, safale s-04 yeast, primming sugar and instructions. It requires a 45 minute boil and makes 5 US gallons. This beer is similar to Hoegarden wit and Blue Moon wit. If you prefer to use a liquid yeast we recomend Wyeast #3944 or #3942 Ale. Anticipated SG 1.057, SRM 5, IBU 20, 5.7 ABV.
