FAQ:

Will the HellFire™ Burner fit onto the TopTier™ stand? Yes.

Is the HellFire™ heat shield compatible with the TopTier™ burner? No, but a new heat shield is available for purchase (aHeatShield-TopTier).

Is there a gas conversion kit? Yes.

Are there extensions legs? Yes but they will not be available until the end of November.

Also, the new extension legs cannot be retrofitted onto the TopTier™ burner.

Oatmeal Stout- G & G
Our oatmeal stout is malty, roasty and silky from roasted grains, caramel malt and oats. We use over 2 pounds of specialty grains including caramel malt, roasted barley, black malt and Belgian chocolate malt. Commercial examples include Samuel Smith's Oatmeal stout, Young's oatmeal stout and Goose Island Oat stout. This recipe was a first place winner at the Ohio State Fair Competiton. The kit includes malt syrup, dry malt extract, steeping grains, steeping sock, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablets and instructions. This kit requires a 35-45 minute boil. Kit makes 5 US gallons. If you wish to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1084 or #1028 Ale. Statistics are Est OG 1.057, Est SRM 49, Est IBU's 33.
