Grape and Granary offers a variety of clarifying (fining) agents for beer. Historically gelatin has been used to speed up the clarification of lagers and isinglass has been used to help clarify ales. We often recommend Super Kleer super-kleer as it works quickly and reliably for both ales and lagers.
