Blichmann Engineering Brewmometer. Three inch dial face, 60-220 deg F. temp range, 1/2 inch NPT. Fixed face (non-adjustable). Brewmometer indicated correct temp range for chilling, dough-in, protein rest, starch conversion rest, lautering and boil. Four inch stem.
