A good mill for crushing specialty malts and great for crushing dent corn for making Bourbon. It will work for crushing base malts for all-grain brewing but extraction rates may be low and run-off may be slow. It is recommended that washers be placed between the two grinding plates to compensate for an overly fine grind when grinding barley. Best used for corn. Can be motorized.
