Briess Organic 2 Row Brewers Malt:
1.8 degrees Lovibond, Diastatic power (140 lintner), total protein 12-12.5%. Yields a slightly higher extract than 6 row brewers malt. 2 row imparts a smoother, less grainy flavor than the 6 row variety. Use as a base malt for many beer styles especially American lagers and ales. A protein rest is not necessary. ORGANIC
