Used to improve body and head retention and add a crisp finish in many British ales. Use 1/8-1/2 lb per 5 gallon batch. Can slso be used in place of raw wheat in Belgian recipes. Essentially, it is raw wheat that has been heat treated to make it more easily mashed. Please specify whole or crushed at checkout.
