Grape and Granary's American Light Ale is a light thirst quenching 'lawn mower' beer that uses brewers corn syrup as an adjunct. Crisp, light and refreshing with plenty of flavor.
The kit includes malt syrup, corn syrup, pellet hops, dry yeast, priming sugar, Whirlfloc tablet, and instructions. This kit requires a 35-45 minute boil. If you prefer to use liquid yeast we recommend Wyeast #1056 or #2007 Ale. It requires a 35-45 minute boil. Kit makes 5 US gallons. Statistics are Est OG 1.043, Est SRM 3, Est IBU'S 18. Potential Alcohol 4.3 ABV.
