Grape and Granary Advanced Bavarian Pilsner Recipe. We use 8.25 lbs of German Pilsner malt, Carapils and a touch of crystal. Lots of European hops including Hallertau and Saaz for flavor and aroma. Vital stats are SG 1.047, IBU 44 and SRM 4. We recommend Wyeast #2206 or White Labs WLP830.
