The following extract recipes have been developed over many years. Many have been entered in brewing competitions and have done very well. Recipes have been formulated to fall within the beer style guidelines as outlined by the BJCP. Kits include malt extract, specialty grains for steeping, hops, priming sugar and steeping bags. All necessary ingredients are included except crown caps. They also include instructions and a pack of dried ale yeast. If you prefer, choose a liquid strain of yeast. Each recipe makes 5 US gallons.
