This blush wine has been given some fire of excitement with the addition of sweet dragonfruit then gently splashed with tangy cool raspberries. Light the grill and sear some spicy shrimp skewers, or prepare some Thai green curry cuisine for a night of fire and flare. Makes 6 US gallons. New for fall 2011.
Raspberry Dragonfruit fantastic wine Review by Donna
this has turned into one of our very favorites. We have purchased and made this 4 times and we have never had a batch turn out badly. (Posted on 11/1/2017)

Those style wines produce about 6% abv.. It is not uncommon for people to add 1-4 lbs of corn sugar at the beginning of the process to increase the alcohol content. When we make those wines here at our winery, we add one pound of corn sugar. Each pound will add about 1% more alcohol. Just be sure to allow a bit more time for primary fermentation.
