This all-grain Robust Porter is a tried and true award winning recipe. It consists of over 11 lbs of Pale ale malt, crystal, black, chocolate and roast malt. Horizon provides the bitterness and Amarillo and Centennial round it out the flavor and aroama. SG is 1.059, IBU's are 43 and estimated color is 33 SRM. Great with Wyeast #1084.
