Russian Imperial Stout: All Grain
This beer is a big, roasty, and intense beer with lots of fruit and complexity. The recipe assumes a 75% mash efficiency. OG is 1.085, IBUs are 60 and anticipated SRM is 47.
The kit includes mashing grains, pellet hops (bitterness, flavor and aroma), priming sugar, whirl floc tablet (Irish moss) and a dry ale yeast. If you prefer, choose a liquid ale yeast. We recommend #1028xl or 1084xl.
