Adds color, unique flavor, body (unfermentables), and aids in head retention and foam stability. It imparts a very pronounced sharp caramel flavor and a deep red color. For dark beers, use 3-15% to provide color, caramel flavor and body. For porters and stouts, try 10-15% of recipe.
