Recommended for: Pinot Gris, Fruity Whites, Chardonnay, Chablis, Ciders, Gewurztraminer, and Chenin Blanc. Flocculation: high, alcohol tolerance: 12-13%, residual sugar: 0-0.85%, 55-75 deg. F.
