Liquor Quick Anisette (Pastis) is a sweet aniseed flavored liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water.
Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 cup of granulated sugar into a 34 fl ounce bottle. Fill with 26 ounces of 25-30% by volume grain alcohol or neutral vodka. Shake until sugar has dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 ounce of finishing formula. Makes 30 fl ounces. Contains natural extracts, essences and oils.
