RJ Spagnols En Primeur Winery Series Super Tuscan wine kit.
Full-bodied and dry, this Italian red blend exudes aromatics of fresh raspberries with subtle hints of vanilla and earthy tones. Fermentation on untoasted American oak shavings and the proprietary winery grape skins adds intense tannins to round out the flavor.
With proper preparation and fermentation, the RJ Spagnols En Primeur Super Tuscan Wine Kit will be ready in approximately 5 to 8 weeks. The resulting Super Tuscan wine will have oak flavors, a full yet dry body, and yields 6 gallons of incredible wine. As a bonus, RJ Spagnols Wine Kits come with bottle labels included so you can label your wine without additional cost.
Just confirming that the super tuscan is a red right? Have you had good reviews on it? Also, what in your opinion is the best pinot grigio? I prefer the dryer side as opposed to sweet. Thank you.

Hi Chris. Yes, super tuscan is a red wine. We have had very good feedback on this wine. We make it regularly in our winery. As far as a good Pinot Grigio, I really like the RJ755 En Primeur Pinot Grigio. It is dry and very flavorful.
I am making this wine and challenged with getting the SG during the primary fermentation stage to below 1.00; I started 8 days ago and the SG is only 1.03 and now it's looks like it may have stopped; usually after 7 days I am able to mone to secondary fermentation. Any suggestions on next steps?

I would warm it as much as possible (above 70 deg F.) and stir it 1 or 2 times a day. See if this helps. If not, let me know and I will send you a pack of yeast. Also, check your hydrometer and make sure it reads 1.000 in 60 deg F tap water.
